 Alan is an experienced sound engineer bringing many, many, many years of knowledge in both live and studio situations to the table. He is also a guitarist.
He has a large experience of sound production in live venues and is a very capable road manager. Alan acted as sound engineer for Phoenix Rising (amongst others) in all of their live performances and headed up a Road Crew of 10 staff and roadies (he still has his big boots in the cupboard). He has also managed and run a PA Hire facility on behalf of the label.
Alan is now acting as Sound Engineer and Road Manager on the ChinWig project for the label and is overseeing the requirement of the rehearsal phase of the band.
Alan doesn’t let his slight eccentricities cloud his judgement (you will understand more if you look at his pictures on the web site) and certainly lifts the spirits of everyone he comes in contact with.
Just to emphasise his diverse nature he is also a multi-novelist and producer of Children’s Stories. You may have read some of them to your kids - you never know.
